‘Tis the Season…for membership renewal

It’s that time again! If you have not yet renewed your MLTA membership, take some time this month to check membership renewal off your list. All MLTA memberships expire on October 31st, and you won’t want to miss out on our tremendous 2019 member benefits.

In 2018, Maryland Land Title Association launched a full-integrated online continuing education portal. Access the portal online at www.pathlms.com/mlta. Members benefit from 100% free online continuing education and 25% off title insurance pre-licensing education. Use your standard MLTA credentials to login.

Looking for live continuing education credits? Look no further! MLTA members score 20% off our live continuing education classes – just login and your discount will be automatically applied to your registration. Join us at Fall Convention for 8 hours of continuing education or pop in for a Chapter Event and earn 1-4 hours of CE. It’s that easy.

Looking for something fun? Members get 20% off our social events, too! Join us in June for the Annual Crab Feast or stay after one of our Chapter Events for a Happy Hour. Register for events online at www.mdlta.org.

One of the primary goals of MLTA is to promote the interests of the land title industry on a statewide level. To that end, we engage the services of a professional lobbyist, Bill Pitcher, to review and advocate for or against legislation posed in the Maryland legislature. Members always have the inside track. Review monthly advocacy updates or follow bills on our website in the members-only portal. View proposed bills, comment on pending legislation, or join us at the Annual Lobby Day. Make your voice heard in the halls of Annapolis!

Job Postings

Looking to hire new talent? Take advantage of MLTA’s job board – members post for free! View the job board online at www.mdlta.org/job-board.
