Congratulations to the newest Certified Land Title Professionals, Cerissa O’Neal of Milestone Title and DE-anna Brown of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company! These incredible women were awarded the designation at the 2018 MLTA Fall Convention.

The CLTP program sets the highest possible standards for professionalism within the Maryland land title industry and encourages adherence to these standards among title professionals. MLTA recognizes and rewards outstanding title professionals who are executive-level leaders in the industry for their knowledge, contributions, commitment to excellence and for providing long-term service to the Maryland Land Title Association. It is our hope that this program stimulates an awareness of the characteristics of true professionalism within the Maryland title industry and a desire to contribute to the advancement of the industry through service to the Maryland Land Title Association.
