Title Counsel Committee will NOT meet in June as originally scheduled due to the potential conflicts with the Maryland State Bar Association Convention.
We encourage everyone to attend the MSBA Real Estate Section meeting on Friday, June 15th in Ocean City, as well as participating in the June 7th, 10:00 am webinar being presented by the Maryland Insurance Administration.
The Title Counsel Committee will meet in September in Annapolis on Thursday September 6th. The venue will be at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, Annapolis, MD, in conjunction with the MLTA Fall Convention meeting.
Topics for the Title Counsel meeting will include Tax Sales and a discussion of the MIA’s webinar presentation regarding MIA Bulletin 17-16 re: “Prohibition of Rebates, Discounts and Inducements”.
